example, today i installed mybb, and the default date is 2 october 2011, how to change date time into 2 october 2010 ?

What do you mean default date? What exactly do you want to change? Your registration date? A post's date?
And why would you even want to change it a year back?

Typically you just need to edit the regdate field in the mybb_users table. However, if you want to change the user's post dates as well you need to edit something more.

That would be the dateline field in the mybb_posts table. You need to consider the mybb_threads table as well, if the user made any threads.
