How do I add a donation page next memberlist and stuff like that

If you click the link that Malcolm posted that's the first plugin that comes up - I'm pretty sure this is what you're looking for.

Edit: Once you have it set up, go into your templates, then header, and just add the donate.php page next to the memberlist or whatever (just copy how the memberlist is done and just replace with donate.php)

I believe he is referring to the header templates, where it says "Search - Member List - Calendar - Help" etc. You can do that by going to your:
ACP
Templates & Style
"Templates" on the sidebar
Clicking on the theme that you want this to appear at, then expand that theme's template sets
Go down and find where it says "Header Templates" and expand them.
Edit the "header" template then and add in the line by copying and editing the previous line above/below it.

You might want to use that mod and make the link redirect to the page where that mod is located at.

Nah I was being more specific since I doubt he knows about the Templates if he calls it "memberlist and stuff".
