My website offers free hosting to people and getting lot of traffic.
monthly average hits of 31k. its a pagerank 3 website and has alexa of 82k(bounce rate of just 19%).
i use statcounter for stats and i use mybb for my support forum.
selling both banner and footer links on my homepage.
banner: 25$ per month
footer links/single line description : 4$ per link/month(do-follow)
