I've decided to upgrade from GIMP to Photoshop, and recently acquired a student edition of Photoshop CS5. I'm in need of Photoshop tutorials to get me started. I'd like to eventually get into design, but learning photo retouching and the like is my goal right now.

Does anyone know of high quality Photoshop tutorials? Video is preferable, but text is also fine.
