Hi folks,
I am a newbie on mybb.
I am trying to use it but before using it I want to know that is it possible to convert other bb mods to my bb mods?

dream like : automod converter ?

Is it possible ?

Hope it make senses.

My test board is : www.webstrome.com/forum

Its under other bb but has lot of bug.So interested to use mybb.

Hmm. Mods(plugins) can't be converted through Merge system.


Regarding Automod (phpBB), The Plugin Uploader by Matt does same function for MyBB.

For others, you should either look for MyBB alternatives or ask someone to do custom plugins for you.

Ask any plugin developer to convert it for you. I know that Yaldaram used to convert plugins from other forum softwares to MyBB, you may ask him as well.

Yes; there is no automatic facilities to convert modifications; but a plugin developer should easily be able to do this if they are willing to help you.
