I've used the Xmas Theme
I have created many changes in its

Header. Icons. Images . Menu And in many cases have changed

Now can I remove the copyright

Also , the domain of copyright is closed

Its designer is unknown

You can't remove the copyright unless you get permissions to do so.

THAT IS THE OWNER!

If he told you that he don't use the domain and you are cool, I think he means he give a orange, because the domain is not his anyways.

So yes, you can remove the copyright of any theme by him that have the soniquake.com domain i nit.
