You add it in your header template.

ACP>Templates & Style>Templates>*your theme*>Header Templates>header

In your Admin Control Panel, click Templates & Style on the top bar.

Then, in the sidebar, click "Templates"

Click on your theme's templates.

Find and click "Header Templates"

Click "header"

Put in the code they gave you
