I've removed Registered group's permission to remove posts altogether but I want to all deletion of post till a specified period only.

Is there any mod to do this in easy way?

so you want to have it so they can't post for a few days? i don't think there is

however try deleting there posts andinfracting them saying thy can't post Toungue

No, for example one should not be allowed to delete one's own post after say 10 hours or so.
