It looks ugly, I use mybb for 5 forums and nobody wants this thread rating. Please give option to remove.

I think it's pretty safe to say that thread ratings won't exist in MyBB 2.0. However, they probably won't be removed from 1.6. As for disabling them, you can already do that. It's a per forum setting. If you just want to globally disable them, follow this tutorial:
