It's been a long time since I've seen a BMP.
This does not qualify as general support; you might get more help by posting in the Themes and Templates Support forum. Make sure to include your header template in your new thread, as we can't help much without that or, at the very least, a URL.

Go to the header templates, where it says "Search - Member List - Calendar - Help" etc. You can do that by going to your:
ACP
Templates & Style
"Templates" on the sidebar
Clicking on the theme that you want this to appear at, then expand that theme's template sets
Go down and find where it says "Header Templates" and expand them.
Edit the "header" template then added in the images before the <a href="{$mybb->settings['bburl']}" etc area.
