I was looking for a simple bar that can run along the top of a forum but was after one where I'd be able to enter a different message to different groups.

Message A to be displayed to guests and Message B to be to displayed to all member with under a set amount of posts.

Is this available / possible?

I need both group and post support.

That covers the group side of it well but not the post side. Some people in the "members" group will see it and some won't due to their post cost not the whole group.

This is not difficult to do, I would do the same with a small tweak.

This sounds promising and would be the first on the market.
