So you want people who register, need to activate their account via email, correct?

I tried to register with a fake mail ID AND got registered (user id = 16) there was no error.

When the registration is not complete enough information

^ if something is incorrect / not complete then that is shown at the registration page itself.
user doesn't submit without looking at the alerts ; even if submits, same register page is shown
