Using ShoutBox by Alan Crisp. It is really great, only if there is a possibility to automatically refresh without reloading the page and add a shout also without reloading?

Use MyShoutBox instead.

I do not want to use the SB because it looks very ugly

CSS and templates are there for a reason.
