I'm sure there have been posts about this before, but is there a way to make a form then when they hit send it will turn into a post? like this.



of course not with that same format, but thats just to give you a general look of what im looking for, then when you hit send it goes into a specific forum.

You would need a plugin, or some kind of custom script, but yes it's possible.

Though the radio and check boxes wouldn't be possible, obviously.

Do you know of a such plugin that exits?

I know a premium one.

Could I get it?
