How do I fix the following error?

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 8388608) (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home/lifescir/public_html/inc/plugins/newpoints/core/hooks.php on line 791

There's a new one each time I go to the site:
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 8126464) (tried to allocate 7680 bytes) in /home/lifescir/public_html/inc/plugins/newpoints.php on line 499

You ran out of memory on your host. Contact them. In the meantime, disable NewPoints.

How can I disable NewPoints without access to my ACP? phpmyadmin? How would I do that?

You could delete newpoints files.

Can I empty x_mybb_privatemessages to clear up space?
Or x_mybb_tasklog?
Are there any tables that I can empty to clear space?

You don't need disk space, you need memory (RAM). Contact your webhost.
