Dear all,

I'm very new to MYBB I'm putting up a forum for a GPS company in my country I got everything running and I love it as I love my Ubuntu.

Now I have small issue I want to add a welcome message which will go away after a user logs-in to the forum.

But till he or she's in guest this message will be displayed. I currently have a message but thats static never goes away.

Can some one help me with this thanks in advance.

You can put such message in header_welcomeblock_guest templates located in header templates in ACP > Themes & Styles > Template > YOUR THEME TEMPLATES.

Or better, you can use following plugin, you can also control which usergroups can see it, thereby setting for members:
