It would be nice if you replace what's now called an "editor theme" with an editor. I don't want to only change the style, I want to change the entire editor (the .js).

Another, even better option, would be to be able to customize the editor from the admin panel:
- select buttons that you want to show (and select the classname in the sprite)
- how do you want to show them: button, dropdown (like color), combobox.
- permissions would be nice too (I don't want fontname and textsize to be available to everybody).

can we use WYSIWY editor for posting thread ?

There have been attempts to but to my knowledge there are none that currently work.
