as Malcolm. said, your forum's cookie path is still incorrect !
change it from /sources/mybb-1.6.4/ to / AND cookie domain should be .horse-rpg.com

^ do you have access to the files (thru FTP / file manager) ? you can change the cookie settings
first in /inc/settings.php file then again through the admin panel after you login to admin panel ..
