I have successfully installed the comet chat, i have licensed it yesterday, so now, i installed also successfuly and now i need help , where to put the HTMLcode at last, which header template??, its not coming in plugins!

I'd pick either the header or footer template.
Those are ALWAYS loaded, so CometChat should be on any page.

If you have a licensed version, then why dont you use the support that cometchat offer. Your problem has nothing to do with mybb.

frank, i have installed it , via COmet help, but now its not coming,!

Where to write the HTML in Head templete, when i open haeader template it has more sub link , of adminblock , member block etc, which to write!

Ungroup_Template>header_include

WTF? where is head_include

is cometchat a chatbox?

you should use their help (their support forum)
CometChat isn't in any way connected to MyBB! So here you won't find any help about that!
Concider asking them in their forums (since you have a license)

Add it to the footer, right at the bottom.
