The app is running fine, but for some reason i'm having problems loading the style sheet when it first loads in the browser. this only happens when running on a unix server running apache. I have to refresh the page in order for the style sheet to get parsed. I posted this same problem on a Apache forum but though maybe you may have heard of this before

What are the other options? In general I would usually assume this is a browser's cache issue.
