I am starting a new forum and it would be a lot better if under "Last Post" it said "None Yet" or "Be the First to Post".

"Never" sounds so negative and I'd like to get rid of it!

I know it's in one of the Languages files but I am having a hard time finding it.

Try inc\languages\english\global.lang.php line 54.
