Hi guys - I'm setting up MyBB on a client's website, and everything appears to be working fine, except attached images are not being displayed.
I've searched this forum, and there seem to be a few people having the same problem, but I haven't found a definitive answer...
Here is an example:

The AD-HD image was added using the "Insert Image" tool, which asks for a URL, but the missing image below that is supposed to be an attachment.
The file was successfully uploaded, and can be located here:
http://www.stampcointrader.com/wp-conten...616.attach
The IMG SRC is:
http://www.stampcointrader.com/index.php...ent&aid=15
but when I go to this URL directly, my browser downloads a blank TXT file.
Can you guys see any obvious errors there? Is that the correct URL, or should it be calling the index.php in a sub-folder?

your forum URL? attaching image is much easier, simple upload the image, (image tool is not for attaching images, it is used to add images, the images will show their actual size when added through image tool)

I have used the Attachment tool successfully - it uploads the image (see URL in the previous post) and it inserts the correct code into the page:
[attachment=15]
The problem is that the attachment does not display. The image has been uploaded successfully, I just cannot understand why it is not being displayed successfully.

A test user account or the url (of the post) where you uploaded the attachment
Well, thanks for your help. I'm going to try re-installing from scratch, and if that doesn't work, I'm going to recommend to the client to use an alternate solution.

Just because you're not able to set it (understand) , you'll recommend the client that not to use. And FYI nobody have any idea what you are talking about, so that's why no one replies. If you try to be more explainable and able to give a user account then your problem will be solved. Its mybb community The biggest and best helping community. Feel free to give the following details,
