like www.mywebsite.com/install

so do i install first before i merge

^ see [wiki : CHMOD] ; you need 0777 for uploads directory etc..

ok i did every thing else but i dont get how to do this

./uploads/ >> 777
./uploads/avatars/ >> 77
./uploads/avatars/ 777


its telling me to change the files permisions twice what is it telling me to do
