Hi,

My forum Timezone will not be set to our country timezone!
I select my timezone to +3.30 in ACP and userCP, but it will not be set!
It shows time 45 min more!

How i can set my timezone?

ACP > Configurations > Date and Time Formats > and select your time zone in "Default Timezone Offset" drop down option.

You've to make sure as well that your time zone is correct in UserCP > Edit Options >

make sure your ./inc/settings.php file is CHMODed to 644

Yes it is 644!
