Dear guys,
all topics in each forum the same type, user want to set the topic (new post) as VIP, or attention topic, how to do it?

MyBB 1.6 Version do not support this? see the link to clarify my concern

may be you are referring to sticky topics (pinning topics) ... see Stick/Unstick Thread

You could always create a prefix by going acp>configuration>thread prefixes
