Hi! How can I change the system to do not upload avatars?
Instead of uploading avatars, I wanna use external avatars. (from URL's)
Why? Simple! I have a very limited disk space!

you have to edit each & every group's permissions

admin panel --> users & groups --> groups --> edit group --> Users and Permissions
--> Account Management --> Can upload avatars? <-- un-select AND save settings

and how do I allow external avatars?

^ that is already available at "change avatar" option at user control panel

AND uploading from computer also appears there BUT when user tries uploading gets an error !
( ^ this is after removing the uploading avatar facility through group edit at admin panel )

you may also remove the upload avatar option from user control panel by modifying template <-- Link

If that's already available, so why I can't use external avatars after disabling avatar uploads?

^ hmm., I was able to use that URL as external avatar on test forum at localhost

so how do I fix that?

Remove upload from PC option by editing templates.
