im new and i dont see any thing on how to upload themes? when i download one what do i do with it? confused Huh

Upload the theme's image folder to MyBB's image directory, then upload the .xml in the ACP under Themes & Styles.

you have to upload the theme's images folder to /images folder of your myBB installation
AND import the theme's xml file from admin panel ... see Wiki : Themes#Import_Theme
