Do you have them disabled in ACP>Configuration>Settings>General Configuration>Disable All Plugins?

Paul is a trusted member here, so you can give him an admin account. I'd take a look for you too, but you don't know me, so - if I were you - I wouldn't trust me. But check out how long Paul has been here. You can feel safe PMing him the login and password of an admin account you made for him.
