How do i make special tabs like ghettomodding.com did? i want to be able to click on a menu tab and it does somthing different like instead of it going to to the forums. would i just copy and paste a html code or what?

well for custom nav bar you can do purecssmenu.com and the code is given but regular just editing is a long description i will do it for you if you trust me if not i am no help
