what do i do to fix this?

You're missing a table. Is this an old installation or a new one? How you fix it depends on that.

Check if there is table call mybb_datacache on your phpmyadmin forum database
It seem there is no table called mybb_datacache

i think old my friend had it on his but his site kept getting hit so hes helping me with mine so i think a older one
