My MyBB installation has been attacked.

Essentially, members are getting malware warnings and sometimes the site is being redirected when they view the forums.

I found PHP code on my forum index and config.php files that I did not put there.

I removed it, and thought the issue was solved but I am still having trouble.

I need to know what files I have to save so I can upload a fresh copy of files for MyBB but not loose my information?

I also have 2 new themes on my forum and don't want to loose those too?

Any suggestions?
