Yes you site was hacked but this is not a issue for MyBB to solve. You'll need to contact your hosting company in order to fix this and use a more securer password for your account next time.
Contact your host to restore the most recent backup.
Oh yes, Its hacked, but the music is awesome, Its always better to keep backup, Just do as Yaldaram advised
Its only the index.php ???? other links are working fine, i.e. member list, admin panel etc etc
they just changes index.php file with hacked one
