Hello, I have the "Authorization code mismatch" when trying to cast a vote on a poll. Couldn't find a fix in the forums so thought I'd post.
MyBB version 1.6.4
This is what everyone gets when they try to vote on a poll.

Help would be greatly appreciated, we love polls

Sorry I had to figure out how to create another one.
Test user name= test
password= 123456
Will basic membership suffice?

can you check for updated templates and see if you get polls related templates in the results ...
( admin panel --> templates --> find updated templates )
No, none of them are related to polls
I was able to vote through the myBB's default theme ; so it is related to minecraft theme ...

Sigh, any suggestion for what I should look for to change in the theme templates/xml file?
can you ensure that you have code similar to below in
polls_newpoll AND
polls_editpoll templates ...
