Yes it has a Admin upload page but I'd like for it to have a upload page where I can CHOOSE who can upload by group.

you can edit upload attachments access permission for each group members through settings

admin panel --> users & groups --> groups --> edit group --> Forums and Posts
--> Attachment Options <-- Can post attachments? AND Attachment Quota

Hm yes but thats not what I want I'm fully aware of that option and its not exactly what I'm looking for. The download manager is BUT I need a upload page for publicity to go with it.

Attachments are not what is needed for more yet a upload page to put the files in that download manager like the admin upload page would be VERY nice. (Also I took off the forum ID get thing where it shows the forum discussion on the download)

I tried copying the admins upload to make make it public and I couldn't get it work like that.

Anyways if anyone could do this or help me out with it even it would be greatly appreciated.

As an alternative, maybe you can use XThreads to add a downloads section for your forum.

Thats not what I'm looking for either. I want it as a page - not as a thread - though that is nice work whoever did it

Actually I think I will use this - Though is there a way to create a Upload forum and Download? Though I guess it really Doesn't matter.

There is (or will be) a plugin for users to create downloads, something similar to Pirata's plugin.

I see xThreads very convenient, but if you want to wait for it, it will be free, but will not be uploaded to the MyBB Mods DB.
