I changed the homepage to be the portal by changing the protal.php to index.php but now the home menu tab at the top keeps linking to portal.php when that file doesnt exist. Also the forums tab at the top links to the root directory and i want it to link to forums.php.

All of these files are in the root directory. Heres my forums site if you need refrence (http://www.tutorios.com).

Try in the header template, around lines 7-10. Change where the links go.

Where is the header template located.... I have problems looking for these things in MyBB since I used to smf

ACP > Templates > header templates > header

That's the one I thought I would use thanks tho I'll try and get back
