I guess you have to change some type of encoding setting when you export your database...

how can i do this?

hey friends, I have the same problem..

I export mysql database but after importing it to new database, I encounter character problems in trukish.. how can we solve the problem, plz?

Are you using phpmyadmin? Try using mysql commands instead via shell.

I didn't try it yet; maybe it can solve the problem but I myself don't know about shell
