So i had the forums on a different subdomain when I changed them to a different one the people logged in cant log out and the people that are not logged in cant login

im not even sure if you can register either. But itll go to the pages:
You have signed out successfully
and
You have signed in successfully
But once it loads back up your either not logged in or your still logged in. This happened during the transfer of files (didnt have to do naything to the DB as its the same database and password.)
