This would be an amazing feature. Perhaps with AJAX (and functions similar to minimising forum tabs) you can simply click a button to enable moving of the forums. They then can be re-arranged or even favourite sections could be created where you can include your most-active forums.

e.g if a forum has heaps of sections and the section you are most active on is near the bottom, it would be more convenient to move it to the top than having to scroll down all the time.

Seems kind of pointless since they can already be moved in the ACP.

I think he means so anyone can move them so their favorite boards are at the top only for them, but displays normally for everyone else. am i correct? if so, that might be kind of cool.
