I want to see normal size of username in whosonline area....
How can i do that ?

You don't have proper HTML (much less XHTML) in your username style.

<font size="4" face="lucida sans">{username}</font>

OR

<span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'lucida sans';">{username}</span>

Replace the name and size of the font as desired.

No, you cannot currently do it.

You'd need a modification which would increase the font size only in threads.
