What are the css property that works fine in firefox, but not in IE.

Can any one figure out my problem?






1. http://vubscs.tk works fine in Firefox, chrome , safari, opera

2. IE cause problem when a user is not login, when a user gets login, it works fine.

And when the user is login

Because the guest has no welcomeblock and the user has a massive block.

But it works fine in firefox, opera, chrom . IE is having problem displaying it.
