Hello I have mailing problem with my 1.6.4 which I upgraded recently.
When a member registered or reset password he didn't get any email.
Which email setup are you using, SMTP or PHP mail?
Are you sure your hosting handles email that way?
Please try the following mail test script:

If this test says it could not send the mail, or it said it sent but you did not receive any email, even in your spam/trash folder, then the issue lies with your host. If you receive the email from this test, we will investigate the issue further.
I have tested and Received email.
But I am using smtp
The test says that PHP mail() works on your host, so use it.
