Thanks for all the criticism thus far guys Ive changed all the obvious bright parts, namely the zig-zagging skiting and the table headers. Would it help if I made the text a duller colour?

Ive also noticed that guests to my forum weren't allowed to download the attachments. This has been corrected. All the links should work now.
