Well I'd love to see this in a plugin.
Could try and do this myself but I don't have much knowledge of mysql..

Sooo the idea...

in the mybb_user table it has
ID USERNAME ...

If it had;
ID USERNAME ... LAST_POST


When the user posts a new thread/post (as far as I know) MD5 only gets the first line, so if the plugin merges the post in to one line, then generates the MD5 hash and stores it in LAST_POST...

When the user posts it also checks the new LAST_POST with the one before it. If they are the same it says your not aloud to post the same post blahh...

Would you like to see that???
