I have a very small XF forum which has around 20 members and 200 posts. Is there a way to import just the users, threads and post table to MyBB?
If I rename the table to mybb_posts will it still function?
You have to use the merge system.
Ah okay, I actually think I might do it by hand lol. (Create users, post threads and replies etc). Slow, but will probably reduce the chance of errors
Back up the database and merge. If there are errors you've lost a few minutes and you can import the backup. If not you've saved a lot of time and effort. (And errors you caused because you're just a bit less than perfect.)
I do not understand how merge system has been suggested for conversion from XenForo !!

It's possible to convert to another forum software first, one that has a XF converter and that the MyBB merge system supports, then convert it to MyBB.
Personally, when I merged from another software....I used SMF 2 ---> MYBB
Or... you could always donate your database so I can make an XF module...
