Googlebot comes on my site and views threads, but when I go to webmaster tools I see that they aren't being indexed because of a 404 error.... But in reality it's not a 404 error, the page works.

How do I fix this?

May be when to bot has visited your forum, the urls will be broken or changed. If they are working now, then don't take tension it will be fine

Use Xenu to check the page for broken links. You might be surprised at what's there that you forgot about.
