Okay I downloaded the "page manager" plugin and installed it and the activated it in the ACP and it should then show up in the ACP in the left side menu in the "configuration" tab.

I have installed and un-installed it numerous times but for some reason it still isn't showing up! Any idea why not?

It should be at the bottom of this menu!

I installed it. It worked perfectly. Is there any other files you're not installing with it?

an admin needs to add permission for self (& other admins) to manage the pages !

admin panel --> users & groups --> admin permissions --> click on an admin id -->
configuration --> Can manage additional pages? <-- select yes & update permissions
