As you can see in the attach pic the icons from the upload video list are missing.how i can solve this?

No, this is not icon's issue, its actually colors issue;
Open ./jscripts/editor_themes/default/stylesheet.css , and you've to add a color for .messageEditor .toolbar_dropdown and .messageEditor .toolbar_button_video styles.
I guess you didn't added color: #000000; attribute to those two styles.
Ofcourse i did.Still they dont appearing
