ok i got my portal set up then i went to the ACP>CONFIGURATION>PORTAL and i put my portal id is the portal id the name cause the name on mine Portal news and thats what i have it on
and still wont work

You portal id should be 1, I think. If you have only 1.

There is NO "Portal ID", there is an option for "Forum ID to pull announcements from".

I still dont get what you meen
Can some one look at it and see what the forum id would be

It will Be under the Home/Support tab and look for portal new.

Enter the forum you want to show on the portal page.

http://www.zillamods.host22.com/forumdisplay.php?fid=x

Whatever number is at the end of the URL you should place as the forum id.
