i need help, i wants to display user location on posbit in profile section like it shows in vb. where is from user. is there any mod or anything like that available then please do let me know.

this is different mod. actually i am looking for something else. like user location state or city on user status on posbit. not what user doing

looks for my GeoIP thread in User Tutorials and adapt that for the postbit template. Should not be too hard. However, there may be privacy issues if you are making the location public. Plus it is IP based so that its depended on where the user is posting from, not their "home town".

like i am from Texas City of US. i selected it in my profile when i reply to any thread or open a new thread it shows my Location Texas US. under my profile information like where it shows reputation, post, joined date etc

location is there by default but only if the user enters it. i cant check ur link right now, but whatever the user puts in thrie profile is displayed in the postbit. if you have a custom or edited theme, then location may not be present

Sama34 i already set this. still same.

Pavemen i am using 3rd party theme. could you prefer any theme or mod? or anything edit to fix it?

The default MyBB installation includes Location custom field. The theme may not be outputting it, so use the link Yaldaram posted to figure out how to get the location to show
