Great theme. But found some bugs in it.

That's a neat looking theme. But I would first change the color of your logo to the same darker blue you're using for some of the text in your home page. And then darken up the Welcome statement so there's more contrast with its green background.

Yes they are. But in IE, buttons have no background.
The welcome statement is mostly in light green text and its background color appears to be a faded green. The green text should be darker to improve its contrast with its background, thereby making it easier to read - hopefully at least as easy to read as the bold blue text is on the same page that has a light blue background.

I don't know where your green is coming from..the text is #333
